Shipping within the Netherlands
Atelier RLF currently delivers to addresses in the Netherlands. Ordering for another country is not currently available at checkout. Would you like an artwork delivered outside the Netherlands? Contact info@atelier-rlf.com beforehand; we will first confirm whether this is possible and the applicable costs and delivery time.
Shipping costs
- Orders below EUR55: EUR6.95 standard shipping.
- Orders of EUR55 or more: free standard shipping within the Netherlands.
Shipping costs and the total amount are shown at checkout before you place your order. Any different delivery arrangement is agreed with you beforehand.
Delivery time and availability
The standard delivery time for available artworks is 3-5 working days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Weekends and public holidays do not count as working days. If a different delivery time applies to a particular work, we state this beforehand. A work shown as sold out cannot be ordered as immediately available.
If your order is delayed, we will let you know as soon as possible. If an agreed delivery deadline is missed, you retain your statutory rights, including setting a reasonable additional period and, where applicable, terminating the contract.
Receipt and damage in transit
We pack every artwork carefully. The risk of loss or damage during delivery arranged by us remains with Atelier RLF until you or a third party you designate receives it. This does not apply to a carrier you engage yourself outside the delivery options we offer.
Has your artwork arrived damaged or is it incorrect? Contact info@atelier-rlf.com or +31 6 13814028. Photographs of the work and packaging help us resolve the issue. Not providing photographs or notifying the carrier does not remove your statutory rights.
Returns
Our returns and refunds policy applies to the cooling-off period, return costs and refunds. For withdrawal, you arrange and pay for return shipping yourself; different rules apply to a faulty or incorrectly supplied artwork.
